The Fulton-Montgomery Community College volleyball team has locked in the No. 3 seed for the upcoming NJCAA Region III Tournament, capping off an overall regular season record of 11-7.

FMCC the Mountain Valley Conference Tournament on Saturday and finished the day 1-1. They dropped a close five-set match against Adirondack and defeated Mohawk Valley, 3-0. 

The Lady Raiders put together a standout campaign, finishing near the top of the Region III standings. FMCC consistently showcased its balance on both sides of the ball this season, combining steady defense with aggressive play at the net.

The Raiders will open postseason play this weekend at Finger Lakes Community College as the #3 seed, taking on the winner of the #6 Onondaga and #11 Niagara CC match-up.

FMCC looks to continue its momentum and make a statement in the regional tournament, with a trip to the NJCAA Championships within reach.
