The Fulton-Montgomery women's basketball team used a dominant fourth quarter to pull away from Mohawk Valley Community College, earning a 72–55 home victory on Wednesday night.

After a tightly contested first half that saw FMCC trail 24–22 after the opening quarter before bouncing back to take a 31–24 lead at the break, the Raiders continued to build momentum. Mohawk Valley trimmed the margin slightly in the third, but FMCC erupted for 26 points in the final period—its highest-scoring quarter of the night—to secure the win.

Kieonna Christmas powered FMCC on both ends, finishing with a double-double: 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists. She was efficient from the line, knocking down all six of her free-throw attempts.

Cloey Dopp provided a huge spark from the perimeter, pouring in 20 points on five made threes. She added an assist and a rebound while creating spacing that fueled the Raiders' second-half run.

Freshman Mattingly Hindes delivered strong production off the bench, scoring 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting, including three triples.

Leading by just three entering the fourth quarter, FMCC locked in defensively and pushed the pace offensively. Christmas and Dopp combined for timely baskets, and the Raiders' pressure forced turnovers that quickly turned into transition points.

FMCC heads into the holiday pause and will return to action on December 4th when they travel to play Onondaga at 5:30 p.m.
