FMCC's Jon Hendley competed at the Region 3 Cross Country Championships on Saturday at Finger Lakes Community College. Hendley finished in 10th place with a time of 30:38 in the 8k.

Results

Logan Vanburen of Clinton earned 1st place with a time of 28:10. Broome Community College took home the Region 3 crown for the men. Hudson Valley placed 2nd and Finger Lakes 3rd.
