The men's baseball team completed their 2025 season with a 14-16 over all record. Unfortunately, due to the weather to finish out the season, the Raiders were unable to play their final doubleheader against Mohawk Valley Community College.
The Raiders returned to action for the first time since the 2019 season and the entire lineup was a force in the region. They had a big 4-3 win over nationally ranked Herkimer College. They also ended the season on a six-game winning streak.
Cai Cheng En led the Raiders with a .408 batting average. Tyler Safran had the most plate appearances with 93 at bats and a .355 batting average. Yejune Lee led with 33 RBI's and 4 home runs.
Cai Cheng En finished on the mound with a team best 4.89 ERA. Po Ting Lin and Connor Bentley each collected three wins on the hill.
Outfielders, Soichiro Hanawa, Kao Huai En and Brendan O'Connell held down the outfield with a combined 145 putouts on the year.
"I am very happy with the season overall, considering we have not had a program in the last five years. Having a shot at a Region 3 post-season berth going down to the last series of the season is a great accomplishment for the players and program. It really shows their hard work and dedication! The sophomores that are moving on are going to be greatly missed and the freshman that are returning give us a great nucleus for the program to continue to grow and succeed," said Head Coach Dave Hennessey.
