The Female Raider of the Month for February is Hailey Monroe. Monroe is a freshman guard on the women’s basketball team.
Hailey has led the Lady Raiders to an 8-1 start to the 2026 half of the women’s basketball season. She is averaging 18 points per game in that 9-game span. She had a game high 31 points in a win over North Country to go along with 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals.
The Lady Raiders most recently defeated nationally ranked Jefferson Community College and have a 14-3 overall record. Monroe is ranked #2 in region 3, scoring 17.5ppg and collecting 66 steals this season.
